Sainsbury’s is planning to invest in Faversham to provide improved shopping choice for local shoppers, regenerate a run down, brownfield site and create new jobs for local people.

We are proposing to develop a new Sainsbury’s store on a largely vacant industrial site at the corner of Bysing Wood Road and the Western Link.

Our plans are still evolving at this stage and a planning application has not been submitted as we want to provide the local community with information on the initial proposals first and seek to understand which issues are of greatest importance.
